Once a job has started, you can communicate with the assigned translator through the job's Documents and Messaging tab.

Find the job in the In Progress tab of your Manage Jobs section and click on it.
- Click on the Documents and Messaging tab. Here you will see a chat window and an 'Add File(s)' button.
- To communicate with the translator, simply type a message into the chat box and hit Send.
- To share files, click Add Files and select the files from your computer.
- Completed files shared by the translator will also appear on the right hand side of the Documents and Messaging tab.
