Once a job has started, you can communicate with the assigned translator through the job's Documents and Messaging tab.


  • Find the job in the In Progress tab of your Manage Jobs section and click on it.



  • Click on the Documents and Messaging tab. Here you will see a chat window and an 'Add File(s)' button.


  • To communicate with the translator, simply type a message into the chat box and hit Send.

  • To share files, click Add Files and select the files from your computer.

  • Completed files shared by the translator will also appear on the right hand side of the Documents and Messaging tab.
