- When you assign a job to a translator or proofreader on hyperlingo, you pay a deposit of 10% of the total job price.
You then pay the remainder of the balance once you have received, and are happy with, the translated or proofread documents.
If, for any reason, the translator or proofreader cancels while the job is in progress, your deposit is automatically refunded to your registered PayPal account.
In the event that the buyer cancels the job, the deposit is not refunded.
Before you pay the final balance for a job, ensure that you have received and are happy with the translated or proofread documents, as refunds cannot be issued once a final payment has been made.
