This article explains when and how you can get a refund.

  • When you assign a job to a translator or proofreader on hyperlingo, you pay a deposit of 10% of the total job price.


  • You then pay the remainder of the balance once you have received, and are happy with, the translated or proofread documents.

  • If, for any reason, the translator or proofreader cancels while the job is in progress, your deposit is automatically refunded to your registered PayPal account.

  • In the event that the buyer cancels the job, the deposit is not refunded.

  • Before you pay the final balance for a job, ensure that you have received and are happy with the translated or proofread documents, as refunds cannot be issued once a final payment has been made.
